Online Free and Reduced Lunch Applications for

Now you can apply online for your children to receive free or reduced-price school meals. Your application will be sent directly from Skyward Family Access to the Premier High School district and the Premier High School of Arlington. You don’t need to worry about filling out a paper form that could be lost or misplaced.

Skyward Family Access has been designed to make it easy for you to know exactly what information you need to provide and to guide you through the process. Once your application has been received, the district office will determine your eligibility and send you a letter with the results. 


Skyward Family Access is an easy, secure, and convenient way to apply for free or reduced meals.


To apply, simply go to Skyward Family Access. After setting up the parent/guardian Family Access account, click on the Food Service Application Tile. Start the new Application process and submit or submit a paper form to the office.

    To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-0002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
